Gantry CNC plasma flame cutting machine combines the high speed and high efficiency of CNC cutting machine, with higher working precision than conventional handheld cutting machines. It adopts gantry structure with span options of 3m, 4m, 5m, 6m and 8m. The double sides drive provides stable operation and high work efficiency, allowing the cutting machine suited to cut carbon steel, manganese steel, stainless steel and other metal plates from small to large format. Furthermore, this CNC cutting machine can be offered with multiple cutting torches to meet user's individual production demands. Straight-line cutting and curved-line cutting are configurable as dual cutting mode in one machine to satisfy profile cutting needs.
What's more, capacitor sensor or plasma torch height control is optional. The machine construction is welded from high-strength steel and treated through tempering process for stress relief, then formed by using large machining center to guarantee the precision and finally subjected to the strict inspection and test process to meet rigid standards of excellence.
