The fiber laser cutting machine works by activating laser generator to output laser. The focused laser beam by the optical path has high-energy density and is powerful enough to melt or vaporize the material that is to be cut. At the same time, the laser cutting machine will release high-pressure gas to blow away the molten or vaporized material. During the cutting, the laser cutter creates a relatively small heat-affected zone and the split is thus very narrow that ranges from only 0.1mm to 0.3mm. The laser head makes no contact with the material, hence avoiding scratches to its surface. The laser cutting machine can cut whatever patterns you like since it supports programming. The whole process is finished swiftly and the cutting surface is frictionless, which requires no further processing. Our newly designed laser cutting machine is easy to transfer from site to site. Because of these features, it is believed that conventional cutting machine will soon be replaced.
